Salmon Burgers Double Q

Equipment
- 1 Frying pan
- 1 Mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 1 can 14 once Double Q Pink Salmon
- 2 tbsp lemon juice optional
- 1.5 tsp Dijon style mustard
- 3/4 cup Dry Bread Cumbs
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions we use any onions on hand
- 3 eggs whites I personally use the whole flipping egg myself
- 3 cloves garlic Recipe doesn't call for garlic, but we like it
Instructions
- Drain and flack salmon.
- Combine lemon juice and mustard.
- Blend flaked salmon with bread crumbs, green onions, and lemon juice-mustard mixture.
- Mix egg whites until well blended.
- Form mixture into four patties and grill on a lightly oiled grill or sauté in a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve each burger on a bun with lettuce, tomato slices and condiments as desired.
