Italian Bread Crumbs or equivalent

Garlic Powder
Instructions
Mix together Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, black pepper, and garlic powder in a disposable plastic bag.
Pour mixture into yellow plastic container for french toast.
Rub the pork chops with olive oil and then dip (coat) each one in the cheese mixture.
Press the mixture over the pork chops to make sure they are well covered in it.
Line a pan with tin foil and coat with olive oil.
Place the pork chops on the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Notes
This recipe brings back memories of cold weather, snow, and lots of water. If it were a song, I would name it "Snow, 8 days a Week".
