Salmon Burgers Double Q

- 1 can 14 once Double Q Pink Salmon
- 2 tbsp lemon juice optional
- 1.5 tsp Dijon style mustard
- 3/4 cup Dry Bread Cumbs
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions we use any onions on hand
- 3 eggs whites I personally use the whole flipping egg myself
- 3 cloves garlic Recipe doesn't call for garlic, but we like it
Drain and flack salmon.
Combine lemon juice and mustard.
Blend flaked salmon with bread crumbs, green onions, and lemon juice-mustard mixture.
Mix egg whites until well blended.
Form mixture into four patties and grill on a lightly oiled grill or sauté in a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
Serve each burger on a bun with lettuce, tomato slices and condiments as desired.
