Pioneer Biscuit Gravy Mix Corn Chowder

Ingredients
  

  • 1 2.75 oz Pioneer Biscuit Gravy Mix Packet baking isle
  • 1 15 oz Can of whole kernel corn
  • 1 15 oz Can of cream style corn
  • 1/4 cup Onion minced
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Equipment

  • 1 Sauce Pan 1 1/2 cups
  • 1 Whisk

Method
 

  1. Bring 1 1/2 cups of water to full boil.
  2. Blend biscuit gravy mix with 1/2 cup of cold water. Blend till lump free. Set gravy mix aside for now.
  3. Pour in corn, onion, and crumbled bacon. Blend in the set aside gravy mix and stir until it thickens,
  4. Remove from heat, and serve while hot.

Notes

Easy to make on short notice.
